Elyra Mission
I help tech founders get their story straight before they do something expensive with the wrong message. Most arrive thinking they need sharper words. Usually the real problem lives further upstream, about the customer, the positioning, or sometimes the product itself. My job is to figure out which one we're solving, before we try to fix anything.
